One thing, I consider the car twitchy with stock toe, and much prefer a front toe near zero. My old 1988 F-150 with a manual t-case and auto locking hubs did not spin the front drive shaft. The new trucks use CV axles mated to a differential. The differential is still hooked up to the front drive shaft, even though the actuators are not engaged, still causing the front drive shaft to spin some what due to friction, but not as much as.

Should a front rotor spin freely all the way around? - Car.
Answer (1 of 3): Wheel bearings should spin forever if they were ideal. On older cars with tapered bearings they have some drag. Newer more gas-mileage-friendly designs use roller bearings not tapered bearings. Front brakes will bind quite easily, on a few bikes since they've been left for a while the front wheel will only complete about 1 rev. I found the simple solution is to simply ride it. The front wheels can be rotated by using my hands with no special difficulty, however, they are not rotating as easily as the rear wheels.
